1. Information we collect
We collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and company, when you fill in the contact form or write to us. When you buy seats, the checkout is run by Polar, which collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we do not see your card number.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and set up your Workboard organization.
- To send technical notices and messages about your account.
- To run and improve this website and our services.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We use service providers to run our business, such as email delivery and payment, and they must keep your information confidential.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page.
