Effective October 21, 2026. These terms govern your use of the cognitivi.ai website and our services. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Cognitivi provides Workboard, a service that reports usage, cost and long-running work for AI coding tools, and related technical services. Self-hosted installs and any custom work are covered by a separate agreement with each customer.
2. Subscriptions
Hosted Workboard is billed per seat per month, from 10 seats. Payment is handled by Polar at checkout.
3. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to restrict or interfere with anyone else's use of it. We may restrict access to the website at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The content, layout, design and graphics of this website are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, change or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cognitivi, its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or services.
6. Disclaimer
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page.
